My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with a unique layout. However, there was a musty smell that made it feel a bit less clean. The service was very friendly and helpful, but the hallway noise can be a bit disturbing, especially in the mornings. The location was convenient for my visit to the old neighborhood, close to great dining options and Henrico Doctor's Hospital. The dining experience was fantastic, one of the best I've had in a hotel, especially thanks to Claudia & Kitty's service. The facilities were well-maintained, perfect for business travelers, and there was a cozy lobby area with a beautiful fireplace.

My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the thin walls made it easy to hear noise from neighboring rooms. The staff was friendly, but their communication was sometimes rushed. The location was convenient for my visit to the University of Richmond, but there were some individuals asking for money around the area.

The location was perfect for our needs, being close to great restaurants, Henrico Doctor's Hospital, and Interstate 64. However, there were some challenges with finding building numbers. The dining options were somewhat limited during our stay. Despite these drawbacks, we found the hotel to be a decent choice for the price we paid.
